Shipping:

Our hand-made products are shipped immediately upon completion. Items are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, except when noted. P.O. Box shipping is allowed. Shipping is insured to guarantee loss. International deliveries from United States to any other country are shipped via US Postal Service International Priority Mail.

If buyer prefers a specific delivery method, cost will be assumed by the buyer. If buyer has a pre-paid shipping account and would prefer to use that method, buyer should specify this information during ordering process or contact us immediately after ordering or immediately after notification of pending delivery.

Returns:

The buyer has 7 days to return the item - the buyer pays shipping fees. The item must be returned in the same condition received for a full refund, including original shipping costs.

General product info: Hand made items, with proper care, will last for generations. Items negligently damaged can be repaired or replaced for appropriate fee (cost of yarn, shipping return). Simply send item back, securing any negligent snag, tears, rips, or stains, and item will be repaired to original condition. Please include your color information (yarn color name or ID, manufacturer, etc.). Depending upon the type of damage, there may or may not be a fee involved. We want you to have generations of enjoyment with your product.
